What is Visa Payment Controls (VPC)? 

Visa Payment Controls is a Visa service that puts corporate customers and small business owners in control of their Visa card transaction authorizations.

VPC enables them to monitor and control the use of their employee credit cards through a simple web application.

VPC's parameterized rules are pre-authorization, therefore, they occur before, and independently, of the processor authorization without replacing the rules set by the Bank and its Fraud Prevention area.
