Run your business more efficiently with in-depth knowledge of Visa’s operational systems and processes, including managing authorizations, billing statements and new Visa rules.

Stay up-to-date on the latest fraud reduction strategies through vital information on current threats and the risk management tools and tactics available to combat them.

Payments Management Lab

Payments Management Lab (PML) is a fully reimagined, virtual version of our popular Bankcard Management School, which has helped thousands of global participants advance their payments careers.

This global, 10-week program includes a mix of self-paced instructional content, collaborative, team-based learning and the chance to apply newfound skills in a competitive simulation.

Visa professional certification

Dispute Resolution Professional Certification, Visa's first-ever global certification, enables participants to increase professional credibility, improve business outcomes, drive growth objectives and expand their career prospects.

The program consists of two required exams with corresponding recommended courses. Upon completing each exam, you will receive a digital badge which can be shared publicly to highlight your progress.

After passing both exams, you will be recognized as a Visa Certified Dispute Resolution Professional. If you are new to the payments industry, we recommend beginning with our Introduction to Dispute Resolution course, which will help you build foundational knowledge and prepare to begin the certification process.

Scholarships

In support of our new certification program, Visa is proud to offer up to 500 scholarships in the United States to individuals who may not have the means through their employer but want to gain new skills and find new career opportunities as Visa Certified Dispute Resolution Professionals. Private training
 

All Visa University courses are available in two formats: open enrollment and private training.

Open enrollment courses are open to employees of any Visa client and allow for networking and connection with peers from across the globe.

Private training courses are limited to your organization's employees and provide the ability to meet your unique learning requirements while applying concepts directly to your business needs and goals. Additionally, private training allows your organization to choose when training occurs.
